Reduced ticket fees can be found in the menu under Registration. The proof (issued e.g. by the medical association, your employer) must be submitted up to 7 days prior to the start of the event, otherwise the reduction previously granted will be recalculated.

Cancellation of a confirmed registration must be made in writing. If a confirmed registration is canceled, cancellation fees may apply. These can be found in the General Terms and Conditions. Cancellations are only possible up to 14 days before the event.

The meeting will be accredited by the European Board of Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC).
The certificate of attendance will be sent to you by e-mail shortly after the event.

The presentation of your abstract is planned for the on-site event. Please register for the congress on your own. Alternatively, a co-author can take over the presentation. Please inform us about this at euro-cto@wikonect.de
As a speaker and/or chairperson, you are automatically registered for the congress free of charge.
Presentations can only be handed in at the media check. Notebooks are available in the media reception area for checking, editing and submitting presentations. Presentations must not be uploaded prior to the congress.
We kindly ask you to hand in your presentation at least two hours before the start of the session. The following media will be accepted: USB memory sticks or hard disks.
The presentation in the lecture hall is automated via a laptop.
It is not possible to use your own notebooks for the presentation. Presentation via overhead projector or 35 mm slides is also not possible.
The preferred file format is *.pptx (PowerPoint 2010 or higher) – *.ppt (PowerPoint up to 2007) and *.key (MacIntosh Keynote) will be reformatted by our technicians.
Other formats such as Word, Pdf or Prezi are only possible to a very limited extent. Please contact our media check for detailed consultations.
